    What if someone who files bankruptcy owes me money? How do I file a claim?

    Corporations cannot file without an attorney (except when filing claims and other miscellaneous documents).

    Methods of Payment allowed for a Pro Se Debtor:

    • Cashier's Check
    • Cash in the exact amount
