The Northern District of Oklahoma has revised the Chapter 13 Plan form. (General Order 18-GO-01) Along with stylistic, spacing, and minor language revisions, please note that Part 3.2 has been revised to clarify treatment of secured claims.
The Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma will utilize the same form in both districts. Please ensure you select the correct district at the top of the form.
This revised plan form - V. 3/15/18 - must be used in all instances beginning March 15, 2018. All filers are allowed and encouraged to use this form before that date.
