On December 1, 2019, several amendments to Federal Rules and Official Bankruptcy Forms will take effect.  Information regarding the amendments is available on the United States Courts' website on the Pending, Rules and Forms and Pending Change in Bankruptcy Forms pages.

These amendments will not affect the Court's CM/ECF system or alter established procedures.

1. The Court's General Order 13-GO-01 Regarding Redaction remains in effect.  Additional information regarding redacting is available on the Privacy Policy (Redaction) page on the Court's website.
    
2. Local Rule 3011-1 Unclaimed Funds remains in effect.  A request for the release of unclaimed funds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2042 shall be made by completing and filing an Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds on Local Form 3011-1.  Additional information is available on the Unclaimed Funds page on the Court's website.
