 The information in RACER is 24 working hours old. We suggest that you use WebPacer. WebPacer delivers information as soon as it is entered into our database. The images in WebPacer are also available as soon as they are scanned into our database. Due to new technology and lack of support, Racer will not be available in sometime in 2004.

To access WebPacer from our homepage, please select from the menu "Public Access" and then "WebPacer". The user name and password used in RACER is the same for WebPacer.

Beginning October 1, 1999, an access fee of $.07 per page, as approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States at its September 1998 session, will be assessed for access to PACER service on the Internet. A login and password issued by the PACER Service Center is required to access this site. If you do not already have a PACER account, visit the PACER Service Center's web site at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov or call (800) 676-6856. It takes about a week to receive a login and password from the PACER Service Center.
