Filing Instructions for New Chapter 11 Operating Reports – Effective 06/21/2021
On December 21, 2020, the U.S. Trustee Program (USTP) issued a final rule in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 589b establishing uniform Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Reports and quarterly Cha pter 11 Post-Confirmation Reports to be used by all debtors except those who are small businesses or who, in accordance with the CARES Act, elect relief under subchapter V of chapter 11. Beginning June 21, 2021, filers must use the following specific docket events in CM/ECF to file the debtor's Chapter 11 operating reports.
