1.  COVID-19 Court Operations Information

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma (the "Court") is open for business.  The Clerk's Office is open to the public during regular hours, with minimal staff in the office and most staff teleworking.  We continue to conduct necessary judicial business, accept electronic and paper filings, and respond to public inquiries.  All hearings are being conducted telephonically.

2.  Temporary Suspension of "Wet Signature" Requirement

On March 30, 2020, the Court entered General Order 20-GO-02 temporarily suspending the original "wet" signature requirement of LR 9011-1 until further order of the Court.  Click here to view 20-GO-02.

3.  Meetings of Creditors

Trustees are conducting their previously scheduled meetings of creditors ("341 meetings") by telephone using a variety of methods.  Trustees are filing Notices Regarding Telephonic 341 Meeting of Creditors in each case with information needed to attend the 341 meeting by telephone.  Please see the case docket for information or contact the trustee assigned to the case.  As of Friday, March 20, 2020 at 6:00 PM (CDT), all 341 meeting of creditor notices in newly filed cases will indicate that the 341 meeting will be held by telephone and provide the toll-free call-in phone number and access code.

4.  Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System Unavailable

a.  Friday, April 3, 2020 - The Court's CM/ECF System will be unavailable on Friday, April 3, 2020, starting at 3:00 AM (CDT) until 6:00 AM (CDT) for system maintenance.  During this time, e-filers will not be able to file electronically or view documents using PACER.

b.  Saturday, April 4, 2020 - The Court's CM/ECF System will be unavailable on Saturday, April 4, 2020, starting at 10:00 AM (CDT) until 6:00 PM (CDT) while it is being upgraded to Release 5.3.2.  During this time, e-filers will not be able to file electronically or view documents using PACER.
