On July 26, 2022, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma entered General Order 22-GO-04 adopting Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 for the implementation of the Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Technical Corrections Act (the “BTATC”) which was signed into law by the President on June 21, 2022.

General Order 22-GO-04 shall replace and abrogate this Court’s prior General Order 20-GO-04, and shall remain in effect until June 21, 2024, unless extended by this Court.
