The Northern District of Oklahoma Bankruptcy Court records all court proceedings. Parties to a case may obtain a hearing transcript or audio cd by completing the appropriate form, filing it in the case, and submitting payment.
If you need to order a transcript, begin by contacting the court to obtain: 1) a quote and 2) a designated transcriptionist. Next, using the information provided, complete the Transcript Request Form and file the request for transcript in the case. Then, contact the designated transcriptionist to arrange for payment.

If you need to order an Audio CD of a hearing, complete the Audio Order Form, file it in the case, and pay the designated fee. The Clerk’s office will promptly process your request and contact you when the CD is prepared.
