The Judicial Conference of the United States approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedule, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930.  These adjustments are scheduled to become effective December 1, 2023.  An updated fee schedule will be published on our website at that time.  Attached is a table listing the inflationary increases for the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
